Theme

Change is an everyday occurrence. It’s relentless; to deal with this, the modern PMO needs to be flexible in the way it governs and supports projects, programmes and portfolios. It needs to actively identify change and be agile enough to reflect those changes back into the processes, frameworks, methodologies and the competencies of the community.

The conference has four key themes:
  • Tooling

How to select, implement, and get the best out of tools

  • People

Understanding competencies, career paths and opportunities, contracting v perm

  • Case Studies

Hear how the best have delivered outstanding results and gain insight into how you can implement to help you achieve

  • Development

Hands on practical learning that is sufficiently detailed to enable you use when you get back to the office

The Speakers

The 2019 PMO Conference will have 3 key note speakers and 20 PMO experts providing insight and hands on learning across key capabilities and PMO processes. Details will be available over the coming months.
